(1) The director shall submit the details as per section 24 to the bank or financial institution within seven days of his appointment. (2) The bank or financial institution shall keep separate records of the details submitted under sub-section (1). (3) The director or his family If a member has direct or indirect significant ownership or any other type of interest in a bank or financial institution, such a director must give full details of the information in the first meeting of the board of directors. (4) When a matter related to his interest is discussed in the meeting of the board of directors or any other sub-committee, the director shall inform about such interest at the beginning of the meeting and abstain from the discussion or voting on such matter. (5) If the details as per subsection (1) are changed or If there is a change in the director, the notification shall be sent to the National Bank within fifteen days. (6) If it is deemed necessary to investigate the information mentioned in sub-section (5), the National Bank shall have the right to conduct an investigation.
